At ENTOS we want you to love your pieces.
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or an item in a different size or color than ordered, we will cover the shipping and exchange costs at no additional charge.
If you wish to exchange an item for personal reasons (different size, model or color), you may do so within 10 business days of receipt, covering the corresponding shipping costs.
Items must be unused, with tags, and in perfect condition.
Please note that personalized and lingerie products are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
