1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between LINALI, S.A. DE C.V. (ENTOS) and any visitors, users, or customers who access, browse, or make purchases on our website.

By entering and using this website, the user voluntarily agrees to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy, Shipping, and Returns policies.

3. Limitation of Liability

ENTOS is a legally established Mexican company and owner of the products, graphic materials, and content published on this website.

Our responsibility is limited to ensuring proper website operation, accurate product information, order management, and delivery through our logistics provider FedEx.

Once the package is handed to the carrier, shipping responsibility lies with the courier service. However, ENTOS will assist in tracking and resolving any issue reported by the customer.


4. Purchase Process

To purchase our products:

  1. Select your desired item and review its details (price, size, color, availability), then add it to your cart.

  2. Enter your shipping information and choose a payment method.

  3. You will receive an order confirmation email.

  4. Once processed, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email.

All prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include applicable taxes.


5. Shipping

Mexico: Orders ship via FedEx. Processing time is 1–2 business days, with delivery in approximately 5–9 business days.
Free standard shipping on orders over $2,495 MXN.
Express shipping available at an additional cost.

International: Available; shipping fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your pieces.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in a different size/color than requested, ENTOS will cover exchange shipping at no cost.

If you wish to exchange a product due to personal preference (size, color, or style), you may do so within 10 business days after delivery, covering shipping costs.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging. After inspection at our atelier, we will confirm the exchange approval or issue store credit.
We do not offer monetary refunds.

Exceptions:

  • Lingerie, underwear, and custom-made products are not eligible for exchange or return

  • Sale items are final sale

The exchange process is handled through our AfterShip returns portal, where you can submit and track your request.


7. Personal Data Protection

ENTOS complies with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

We collect information only for identification, invoicing, and shipping purposes.
Your data will not be shared with unrelated third parties without consent.

You may exercise your ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, or objection) by emailing anna@entoslingerie.com.

8. Payments & Invoicing

We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, and Shopify Payments — all processed securely and encrypted.

Invoices may be requested during the order process.
Invoices can only be modified if the error is reported within the same fiscal month.


9. Site Use & Intellectual Property

All website content (designs, text, images, logos, videos, and code) is the property of ENTOS or its authorized suppliers and is protected under Mexican and international intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Mexican law.
Any dispute will be resolved by PROFECO or the competent courts in León, Guanajuato, Mexico.
