Refund policy

Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them.

If your order arrives damaged, in the wrong size or color, or does not match what you ordered, ENTOS will cover shipping and the exchange at no additional cost.

If you’d like to make an exchange due to personal preference (different size, color, or style), you may do so within 10 business days after delivery, covering the corresponding shipping costs.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Once we receive the garment, our team will inspect its condition and contact you to confirm the approval of the exchange or to issue online store credit.
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds.


Exceptions

For hygiene and personalization reasons, lingerie, underwear, and custom-made products are not eligible for exchange or return.

Items purchased on promotion or marked as sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged.


Exchange Process (AfterShip)

  1. Visit our AfterShip exchange portal and enter your order number and email address.

  2. Select the item you wish to exchange and indicate the reason (you may attach a photo if needed).

  3. Once submitted, our team will review and approve the request, and you’ll receive an email with the next steps or a return shipping label.

  4. After we receive your item, you’ll be notified by email about the outcome and your replacement shipment or applicable store credit.
